
Jeanne-Marie Faugier
Jeanne-Marie Faugier is a French perfumer born in Paris. She studied chemistry at university before attending the prestigious Roure perfume school. Faugier began her career with an internship in Geneva, followed by a 13-year tenure at Givaudan from 1987 to 2000. She then spent two years creating scents for cosmetics and home fragrances at Colgate Palmolive. Since 2002, Faugier has been working as a senior perfumer at Technicolor (now Technico Flor). Known for her innovative approach and artistic sensibility, she has created fragrances for niche houses like Frapin and Maître Parfumeur et Gantier. One of her notable compositions is the floral fragrance 'Bahiana' for Maître Parfumeur et Gantier, which showcases her talent for blending vintage style with modern sensibilities. Faugier's work is characterized by her ability to create unique, evocative scents that tell a story through carefully selected ingredients.
