Shipping Information

Delivery Times

After receiving your order, we ship the goods no later than the next business day. Delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 business days after shipping.

For payment by bank transfer, shipping will only take place after the full invoice amount has been received in our account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free for all orders.

Shipping Provider

We ship our packages within Germany using DHL Paket or DHL Kleinpaket for Parfinity Boxes. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

For deliveries to other EU countries, we use DHL Paket International or DHL Warensendung International.

International Shipping

We exclusively deliver to countries within the European Union.

Delivery time for international shipments within the EU is usually 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country.

Partial Deliveries

If not all ordered products are immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. This will not result in additional shipping costs for you.
