Mathieu Nardin is a French perfumer born and raised in Grasse, the perfume capital of the world. Growing up in a family of fragrance flower producers, Nardin was immersed in the world of perfumery from a young age. He studied chemistry at Nice University before attending ISIPCA, the renowned perfumery school in Versailles. Nardin began his career at Robertet in 2007, becoming a perfumer at just 23 years old. He later worked in New York before joining MANE in 2018. Nardin's style is characterized by his deep love for flowers, citruses, and natural woods, often drawing inspiration directly from raw materials. His creations span niche, designer, and mainstream fragrances, with notable works including Iris des Champs for Houbigant and several perfumes for Miller Harris. Nardin's approach combines his family heritage with innovative techniques, resulting in unique and captivating scents.
